Cross County Courage Classic and Kids K for Cancer

WHAT: Cross County Courage Classic and Kids K for Cancer, benefitting the pediatric hematology/oncology program at The Children’s Center at Presbyterian.

WHO: Members of the community are invited to participate in this event.

WHERE: Albuquerque Academy Cross Country Course (on the Albuquerque Academy campus, near the tennis courts)

WHEN: Sunday, September 28 at 7:30 a.m.

DETAILS: The event includes a 10K run, 5K run and walk and 1K Kids Fun Run. Funds will be used for family resources, including support of the Child Life program, which helps patients and their families reduce stress and facilitate with healing. Funds will also be used for nursing education.
