ALBUQUERQUE, NM – For the 19th year in a row, Presbyterian Hospital has received the 2014/2015 Consumer Choice Award for Albuquerque. Winners were announced in the October 13 edition of Modern Healthcare magazine.
Each year, National Research Corporation honors hospitals that consumers rate as having the best quality and image, as well as the best nurses and physicians, based on their market survey of over 290,000 households. This is the 19th year National Research has recognized hospitals for their high quality care and is the 19th year Presbyterian Hospital has won. Only 35 other hospitals across the nation have this distinction.
“At Presbyterian, we are committed to providing high-quality care for our patients every day.” said Sandra Podley, Presbyterian Hospital Administrator. “We are proud that our patients have recognized this commitment for the 19th year in a row and honored us with a Consumer Choice Award.”
The National Research Market Insights survey is the nation’s largest and most comprehensive study of its kind. No other study measures consumer perception of hospital performance and reputation and contains more consumer responses than Market Insights.
